Meltene

“Hello? Hello? Are you guys awake yet?” asked Mr. Silva.

“Uh…. wh-where are we?” stuttered Happy Panda.

“We are in the school basement,” Mr. Silva replied.

”Wh-wh-why?” asked Happy Panda.

“Do you not remember the crazy disaster that happened yesterday?” asked Mr. Silva.

“I thought that was a dream,” said Tall Cactus.

“Oh good. You are awake, too.” said Mr. Silva.

“Just tell us what happened,” Happy Panda demanded.

“Okay, okay,” said Mr. Silva, “I woke up on the classroom floor. Everything in the classroom was destroyed. I saw Slanted Fish, the shy girl, standing in front of me. When she noticed that I was conscious again, she flew away with a trail of rainbows behind her. I immediately ran to the teacher’s lounge, and turned the TV on to the news station. The reporter said that the villains somehow got new superpowers, and were causing destruction over the city. The mayor tried to evacuate everyone, but then the villains came in and started kidnapping everyone. There are very few survivors left in the city.”

“That is terrible,” said Perfect Sky, “but we got to wake up Purple Claw and tell him what happened.” She got Purple Claw to wake up, but as he yawned, his yawns turned to singing.

“What the heck was that?” asked Tall Cactus.

“I don’t know,” said Purple Claw. He yawned again, and then a herd of deer came running into the room.

“Oh no,” yelled Tall Cactus, “there’s a deer! I’m allergic to- to- ACHOO!” When she sneezed, water came out of her hands, and the water got on Yujo Jacey.

“Hey,” Yujo screamed, “you got my hair wet!” Yujo got up and stomped towars Tall Cactus, but then she realized that there was a trail of flowers behind her.

“What’s going on?” asked Perfect Sky. She point to Yujo, and light came out of her hands.

“Ouch!” yelled Yujo.

“I wonder what I can do,” said UiPE. UiPE moved his arm, and small tornado formed. Luckily, it went out in three seconds.

“You guys have powers, like Slanted Fish and those criminals,” said Happy Panda.

“You and I are the only ones here who don’t have powers,” Mr. Silva replied.

“Dang it!” yelled Happy Panda. Happy Panda coughed, and fire came out of his mouth.

“Aw fudge,” yelled Mr. Silva, “don’t start a fire!” Right after Mr. Silva said that, Short Feather walked into the room.

“Well look who it is,” said Short Feather.

“No! Please don’t hurt me!” yelled Mr. Silva.

“Get behind us, Mr. Silva,” said Happy Panda, “We will try to use our powers to protect you.”

“Let me try!” yelled Yujo. She stuck her hands out, and vines came out of the ground and wrapped around Short Feather’s legs.

“Is that the best you can do?” Short Feather asked as he broke the vines.

“Uh, deer! Attack him!” Purple Claw demanded. The deer jumped on Short Feather, but Short Feather threw the deer to the side.

“Hey Perfect Sky,” said Happy Panda, “let’s try using our powers together!” Perfect Sky shot light at Short Feather’s eyes while Happy Panda shot fire at Short Feather’s body.

“Your fire powers are useless against him,” Perfect Sky stated.

“Maybe my water powers will do something,” said Tall Cactus. She shot water at Short Feather, and he started turning into mud. About ten seconds later, Short Feather was nothing but a giant mud puddle.

“How are we going to get across the mud puddle?” asked Mr. Silva.

“Hmmm… lightbulb! Everyone, stand still,” said UiPE. UiPE raised his hands, and him and everyone else started floating. UiPE led them out of the school without having them touch the ground. When they got off of school property, they talked about what they should do next.

“Guys, I know what we need to do next,” said Happy Panda.

“What would that be?” asked Yujo.

“We need to find Slanted Fish,” he replied.
